Mapping payroll and Time

Dear Gurus,

I have a situation here where in client wants to roll out the HR module in his new plant, the new plant is under the same company code.

I have figured out that i need to create PA, PSA all the employee data and the time management and pay roll remains the same for them.

so can some one tell me how to do the assignments to the new personnel area and sub area which we had created...

all the groupings settuings which we need to take care so that the same payroll is applicable for the employees under the new plant.

Can some one guide me

You need to do the configuration from starting.

You need to take care about the groupings, features.

Even though it is the same, you need to go to the every table and do the configurations. It is better to refer the old ones in that table and create accordingly.

You need to do from personnel Area, PSA, EG, ESG linking,

OM org structure, positions

PA Basic Pay configurations

TM Work Schedules

All these you have to create.

I think it will give you some idea.

Hi

For setting up the same groupings for PA/PSA --> V_001P_all and for EG/ESG > v_503_all. and if you are for all statutory groupings> V_7in0p_all.

If you are using the different tax areas you need to configure manually.

After entering all the groupings, check once again all the nodes to make sure every config was correct.

Dear Sikandar,

Here client already has a plant in place under the same company code..... he is running other new plant where in he wants to do roll out.

I have checked their current system, and they said they have same employee grioups and employee subgroups, same work schedules in time .

In payroll all the allowance grouping and wagetype grouping is also same for them, in this case can you tell me what am i suppose to do.

They has created three payroll areas in the current plant , like officers one payroll, senior management one payroll and temperory/workmen one payroll. Am i suppose to create the smae for the new plant.

Also suggest me areas where in i can group the new PA, PSA TO THE TIME AND PAYROLL
