Regarding List Box and Radio buttons

Hello,

I am created set of radio buttons in one group and set of list boxes in list box group.

Now i want to put condition like from radio button group it has to select one radio button and from list box group it has to select one check box.

For this i want to put condition for this. So could you send me how to code it.
