Basic Configurations: Activate Services ERROR

Hi Experts,

Currently I'm doing the Basic Configurations - Configure Basic Functions and execute all the automatic activities but it always stop in activity "Activate Services" and I don't know why is there any trace logs for this? please do refer to my below screenshot for more details.

Please guide me with this.
