load xml data into BW7.01

Hi experts,

I have a requirement to load xml file to BW, and I found there is a note "Configure a webservice datasource in #BW" here about this topic and seems it can solve the problem, but I do have a problem in step on SOAMANAGER. I cannot open the browser, note 1936501 seems solve the issue, but my questions do I need to make all the steps in the note for just loading xml data into BW?
