How to handle ESS clock-in/out corrections during payroll

Hi experts,

how do you handle clock-in/out correction via ESS during payroll?

PA03 status = "released for payroll".

During payroll the corrections are not posted in to the relevant infotype.

You are able to post them afterwards via report RPTCORPOST.

Is there a possibilty to post corrections during the payroll?

If not, what's the best way to proceed?

Information via SM02 so the employee knows what's going on?

I'd tried to configurate the view V_HRWEB_TRS_MESS but did not get any result.

Ho to customize this view (Appl. Area, Message Type and Message)?

Is it possbile to create new messages with V_HRWEB_TRS_MESS?

I thought it is only possible to modify or hide existing messages.

By default if employee payroll area is locked then it wont allow to create the request itself. To avoid this, we will be allowing by configuring the Configure output message in V_HRWEB_TRS_MESS view.

In case more validations to be done then you can validate it by implementing the BADI PT_COR_REQ
