I Have a doubt in the termionation scenario
In the termination steps,I maintained in IT16,41 and pc00_m40_term and exit the employee
the notice period is one month
my scenario is the salary should only count till the notice start day.
If an employee puts notice on 15,may 2008,the salary should be only 15th and it should not take salary till 31st may
in the jume saalry after serving the notice ,his notice pay from 15th may to 15th june has to be counted
But for me,when I run the payroll for may month,its taking full saalry till 31st.How to delimit till 15th and to give the settlements on his leaving date
How to do this.Please answer
