Is there any function module to find the next level manager .

HI,

please let me know if there is any functional module or any method exists to find the next level manager if the immediate manager does not exist for a user. I'm working on a report to display all the users with their manager name, if not exist it should give the next level manager.

There are no Function Modules to my knowledge. Pls try the transaction S_AHR_61016530 which would display the User's approvers as per hierarchy. This would bring datas from the HR tables. If this helps pls award points.

The T-code u mentioned "S_AHR_61016530 " does not exist in SRM system.
