Data of costing view are stored in table MARC which means it is plant level.
Of course you do not want to delete your material at plant level.
But SAP has not standard option to remove views. You can only delete and archive at an organisational level.
It is a good attitude to try to keep the master data clean, but once you have some 10 or 100 thousand materials then you know that you have that many errors that you certainly will not care about a single view anymore.
Keep it as is.
Technically it is possible to archive the plant data and to create the data again without the costing view, but an hour effort just for one view is too much. And archiving is not really designed for erasing data with errors, archiving is for keeping data for 10 or more years offline but available for auditors and other legal requirements.

What view is maintained is stored in field PSTAT of table MARC and table MARA .As well as a record in table MSTA.
If you know what field was maintained as your costing view got created, then you have to remove this field value from table MARC, have to remove the character that presents the costing view from field PSTAT in MARA and MARC as well as taking care about records in MSTA, then you can get rit of the view.
