How to see PR is firmed or not w/o MD04

Hi

How to see the Purchase requisition is firmed or not .w/o seeing the MD04 screen.

As in MD04 i can see if its having * indicator its firmed..

My requirement to dowload all the firmed PRs from system .. could you pl help with table and field name..
