Dear All,

One sold to party can have many ship to partys how is the same created in SAP and how do we get these details in the customer master data in partner function tab..

Hi

In the partner functions tab of the SP cust mast record - enter the partner function (SH) in the first column and the customer number in the other column. Like wise you can enter any number of partner functions in that same CMR, provided that partner function is not checked as UNIQUE in the partner determination procedure for CUstome Master. Now save the changes.

For this reason u hv to create multiple Ship to party under the same sales Area of sold party.

in customer master data Partner tab u hv to assign multiple SH under one SP.

At sales order level it ll show a pup op all SH.there u hv to chose to whom u want to ship.

To create any partner function in SAP, as you would be aware, the TCode is XD01 / VD01. There you have to select the Account Group. If you are creating ship to party, you have to select the appropriate Account Group. After giving all the required datas and saved, system will generate a reference number. Make a note of it and go to XD02, select the sold to party to which you would like to assign the ship to party, and go to partner function. There assign the ship to party code and save. Like this, you can create multiple ship to parties and assign to one sold to party.

Dear Atul

Go to XD02, select the sold to party customer code and execute. There in the Sales Area Data, click on "Partner Functions" tab where you need to assign the ship to parties.

Dear Atul,

In XD01 when we create a Customer master Sold to Party we take Account Group as 0001 (Standard).

Now you select 0002 instead of 0001.

In 0002 Account group you can create a Ship to Party.

In Sales Area Data section you can see only SH in Partner Functions tab.

Save it and you will get a Ship to party Customer number.

Now goto XD02 (Change mode of Customer Master) and specify your Sold to Party number.

Goto Sales Area Data section and click on Partner Functions tab and assign the Ship to Party number.

Here you can see two Ship to Parties under one Sold to Party.

Now goto VA01 and raise the Sales Order and specify the Sold to Party and system will automatically asks you to select anyone of the Ship to Parties from the list of Ship to Parties under that Sold to Parties.

like the way sold to party is created, you have to create the ship to party customers master records using the appropriate account group.

In the Customer master record of the Sold to Party - partners tab - you can enter as many ship to parties as you wish to. These will be the allowed ship to parties for that sold to.

While creating the order, after entering the SP the system displays the list of allowed ship to in a pop up.

Hi,

You can enter multiple Ship to party for a sold to party in the customer, when you create a Sales document you can choose the right Ship to Party. You will have to ensure that the partner function SH is not activated with the indicator Unique in view V_TPAR_SD. This will allow you to enter multiple ship to party in the customer master.

Hi Keshav,

U can achieve this under basic functions - set up Partner determination - set up Partner determination for customer master.

Or

U can directly assign ship to partys in customer master record it will copied into sales order.
