As-Is & To-Be documents are part of the blue print phase.now a days every company will be using ASAP methodology it consisting of 5 phases
1.Preject Preparation: normally kick off meeting
2.Blue Print: this is the most imp phase and if you can prepare well it will give solid foundation for further phase. It consisting of as-is, to-be, requirement gatherings,gap analysis. by mixing of these 4 sub parts finally we can get blue print documents
3.Realization: system configuration in 2 work pagaes a)base line configuration b) final configuration
4.Final preparation: cut over activities
5.Go-live: user performed with their real time data
