KCH3 expand to profit centres

Hi

We have a large controlling area and need to export the hierarchy.

However, KCH3 expand functionality does not expand upto Profit centers.

What I've tried to do is as follows.

1) Select the highest hierarchy

2) Click on Profit centre (Goto > Display profit centre)

This results in the following error message.

The function is not supported for the selected object

Hi Nadini,

You are placing your cursor on Hierarchy and selecting display profit center.So what you are selecting is the profit center group(Hierarchy)but not a individual profit center.

Expand the node till further down,you will find the profit center ,place your cursor on that profit center and select display profit center.You should be able to see the profit center details.

The error is because you are selecting a wrong object.The function"display profit center" will only display profit center but not the hierarchy.

Thanks Aravind for your response.

The issue is how to expand upto profit centre? Since the controlling area is quite large it is really cumbersome to keep on manually expanding.

use F7 on the key board after placing the cursor on main hierarchy node.

It only expands upto the Profit centre group level and not profit centre level?
