Error on DTW Connection to 'localhost' has failed

Hello,

I am trying to update the Master Data Item via DTW and after I set up the options when I click on refresh button the next message error appears:

Connection to 'localhost' has failed

Error code:-8006

Resource error.

I have already uninstalled dtw and reinstalled it again, I am on patch 45. I reviewed the settings of Native Client SQL and created the ODBC, started all the SQL services, and the error continues.

I will appreciate all the info that could help me .
