Shop on behalf - Atribute "REQUESTER"

Hello I want to use the functionality "Shop on behalf".

Im working with SRM 5.0 (SP 11)

As I understand if user A wants to shop for user B,

In the organization structure, one has to fill atribute "REQUESTER" in user A with the user ID B.

The system does not allow me to do this! Says it cant find values for the attribute.

What Im I doing wrong?

Hi,

You need to set the REQUSITIONER/REQUESTER attribute for the user .If you try to search values for this attribute,it will always issue the message "NO VALUES FOUND".You manually need to enter the correct values for this attribute and the correc prefix as explained below.

If you what a user to be abe to shop/order for any one in an Org unit, you set the REQUESTER attribute to org ID with prefix ' O' e.g. O 50000612.

If you only want the user to be able ot shop/order on behalf of an individual then you set the REQUESTER attribute to US<userid> ex. USEMPLOYEE1.
