Do I have to publish the SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG ?

Hello SRM experts,

we have replicated srm materials into ccm 2.0 catalog.

I have mapped my srm productcatalog "SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG" as normal.

I implemented this catalog into external web services and added it into org structure.

Than I start the browser and looked for my SRM Productcatalog.

I see the Link and klicked on it - than I get following message:

session has timed out - call up sap catalog search engine again in srm.

So - I think there is the problem in creating the new search index by TREX.

But how can I pubplish or rather re-publish this catalog?

There is no button to publish it in CCM....

Does anybody have an idea?

Hi,

SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG should be mapped to the Master Catalog and the Master Catalog should be published.

further

this master catalog ID should appear in the attribute CAT of EBP users

(unless you use procurement catalog)

and in EBP config of external web service

you should define the call structure (standard or integrated) for this master catalog

SRM_EXTRACTED_CTLG is a kind of supplier catalog

and should not be published

you should only publish master or procurement catalog

so that they should be available for EBP users for shopping.

I forgot that master catlaog is like purchase catalog.

Now my catalog is published!!!
