non technical issues

i have a face to face interview this Friday. i need help ans one of the question that they might ask. " tell me a complex scenario that you had to deal in you last project and how you handled it" i have gathered some technical issues from sdn website. but can anyone give me an example of non technical issue that you had to deal with client?
