    Hi Raj,

    Please find the answers below:

1.is it possible for the IC user to create two transactions of the same type in the same interation?

An interaction record can be only 1 type of transaction, but you can link multiple transactions by using follow up activities from the interaction record. This is when you are using Interaction centre

    2. is there no record created in the Interaction History when a user launches a transaction in another system, including R/3?

Well typically the interaction history contains all CRM transactions, but you might want to see the feature of "Activity Clipboard". It can hold the transaction of a different system including R/3

    Award points if it helps

    Thanks,

    Anand
