Employees Rejected in Time Evaluation

Hi,

Where can we get the list of all the employees who have been rejected in Time Evaluation.

We get individual rejected employee data in the log.

The PDC Error check box is also not beeing checked if the employee has been rejected in time eval.

I have cheked all the standard reports I know.

But I have not been able to find one which gives me the list of all the employees who have been rejected in Time Evaluation.

• Is there a standard report for this purpose ?

• Is the data of employees rejected during time evaluation stored some where ?

The rejected time evaluation employees list will be sent to Time administrator. This will be sent to time administrator as a mail and will be in his in box in the morning.

If you go to PT40. you can see all the details of time evaluation.

Thanks for the reply.

The problem here is the client wants the list of only the employees who have errors during time eval and employees who have been rejected in time eval.

Error Handling in PT40 gives only the details of the employees who have errors in time eval but the details of the employees who have been rejected during time eval.

TSF in PT40/PT61 gives the TSF all the employees. It does not provide the list of only the employees who have errors during time eval and employees who have been rejected in time eval separately.

I am also trying to chekcing if there is some other option. But no sucess till now.

Use report transaction code PT_ERL00

The data will be stored in cluster B1 (time evaluation messages). You may execute report RPCLSTB1 or transaction PT_CLSTB1.

Look for any messages in ERT cluster when the log is displayed

You can use report RPTERL00 (Display Time Evaluation Messages) to perform

statistical evaluations on the messages.

Hi,

I have already checked this report. It gives the detials of the errors for the employees for whom time eval could not be completed due to erros.

But it does not provide detials of the employees who have been rejected in time eval. i.e. Time Eval could not be executed.
