hi all,

i have an error at the time of MIGO for consignment po.

error - purchase inforecord not maintained for purchase organisation.

even i maintained the info record for that plant for consignment.

any helps ?

hi,

For consignment process u need to have standard purch org..if ur plant has more than 1 purch org then u need tomaintain 1 purch org has standard purch org...u need to maintain inforecord for this purch org..if u have maintained it for someother purch org then system gives u error at the time of migo..so maintain inforecord for stnd purch org.

make sure u have assigned the standard purchase org. to the plant and if it is not possible in your system then make sure u assign only one purchase org. to u r plant and then maintin the info record for ur plant and standrd purchsse org.

Hi

Please goto ME12, enter the Vendor, Material, Purcahse organisation, plant combination select the Consignment indicator & press enter, if it is maintained it will show you the details. If it is not please maintain the same.

As the error itslef is saying infor record not maintained at purchase organisation level.
