HRA amount for only 1 month is showing up in Annexure to Form16

Hi Experts..

For some of my employees form 16 s are showing up only one months HRA amount in page 4 of F16(Anneexure to Form16) .How it can come rightly.

Please advice.

Hi Experts..

For some of my employees who is working in our site are paid the HRA by different HRA wagetype.The system is showing only one months HRA for the site office employees ,where it has to show 12 months HRA amount in Annexure to form 16(page 4 of F16).

Please help me out to resolve the problem.
