Workflow Urgent requirement

Hi SAP Workflow Guru's

I Need to complete my SAP Workflow requirement, currently i'm a learner in workflow, I request you to help me on below mention tasks

1. Workflow - for Pricing - Basic - When new material is created; an email notification to be sent with details of new material to pricing analyst's Outlook Inbox.

2. Workflow- for Rebates - When a Credit Memo is created for Rebate settlement/payment; an email notification to be sent to the Development/Branch manager's Outlook Inbox that a Credit Memo is created & currently blocked.

This is the additional functionality to the workflow scenario:

- 2a. The details of Development/Branch Manager's Name & email will be saved in the text field of the rebate agreement. When the email notification to be sent; somehow we need to fetch this email address from the rebate agreement to send the email.

- 2b. When the manager receives the email, he should have some capability to release the Credit Memo from the block from his Outlook Inbox.

Please give me details about it and steps to follow the process

Iu2019m not experience in SAP workflow Iu2019ve did some sample workflow like while we create a material master in mm01 the workflow has to trigger and mail needs to be send to outlook box. I have practice in ides system but Iu2019m unable to send an external mail could you please help me to do it.

If possible could u please send some steps to follow in workflow

Did you follow Mike's suggestion and read the forum guidelines? If so I think you missed the part about searching the forums first. If you do you will find almost everything about sending an e-mail from workflow.

Please check the 1st Workflow Thread. The queries that you have provided is Functional Specification. I hope you cannot rely completely on us to tell you the flow and all other Technical details. Ask the company to hire some experienced Workflow consultant. We help people who are stuck in a particular step in Workflow.
