Changes to template/screen do not get reflected in application

I have made changes to screen 4150 and to the corresponding template SAPLBBP_CTR_UI_ITS 4150 under service BBP_CTR_MAIN and also published the template. The changes involved adding a new column to the table control. However, when the run the application, the changes are nkt reflected. Any ideas???
