Alert Modeler for Agent Inbox in CRM 2007

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me whether Alert Modeler functionality for Agent Inbox is available for IC Webclient or is it only for IC Winclient?

If it is available for IC Webclient also, can you please guide me in how to configure an alert? Just the basic steps outlined.I am not able to find this option in IMG Customizing.
