Hi,

this transaction is used to do Spool Administration.

i.e It includes Defining Output Devices, Managing Spool Servers,

Defining Access Methods and Determining Access hosts.

SPAD is used for spool administration.

You can maintain printers, paper formats, page formats, etc.

Hi,

Spad is used for printer setting (spool administration).

for creating Z-page format in sap-script

use Tcode SPAD, For tray selection you need to configure thru SPAD.

1) Goto Tcode SPAD

2) choose Output devices

3) Select your printer name in the list displayed

4) Double click / change button for your printer

5) Choose Tray info tab

6)Here yopu will get list of trays available and you can choose

2.Could you please look at the below link, it will explain how to create a new page format

Tools --> CCMS --> Spool --> Spool administration. Then choose Full administration and then Page formats on the DeviceTypes tab page

On next page,choose.. Change, create and fill in the fields, now replace this page format in your script, don't forget to activate it.
