If we get any by-product from the packing process then what will be cost implication on overall process order?

Definitely impacting on the costing.

See when u mfg product against production order then cost of product is captured in the production order.

Suppose ur production cost is 100.00Rs and ur by-product cost is 8.00Rs, then u have post that by product against that order through 531 movement type MIGO transaction.
