Need example code for User Exit Macro as per my requirement

I am new to APO System. I got few ideas from SDN and also from your replies.

Now my requrement is like below

1) I need to check some key figure values ( Colum by Colum). Depends on condition i need to Copy the Value from one column to another row of the same column.

Example: I row has colum1, colum2, colum3

now already 2 row is there. But When First column1 has a value in first row need to copy to 2nd row. like wise i need to validate and all columns.

if value exist need to modify , if value does not exist need to add new value

Please if you come across such kind of scenario please reply to me and with example and code also..
