pricing condition type issue

Hi gurus,

My question is when I am creating sales order in va01 the condition tyep which am working it is coming in header as well as item in pricing. What is the reason for this why it is coming in header as well as in item?

2) Second question is the conditiontype in the sales order screen coming twice why what could be the reason. In the item level this condition type coming twice.

Please help me in this regard. reward points if your answer is helpful.

Hello,

in standard the pricing is proceed on item level. Normally the headerconditon screen is an input assistance.

So you will find all condtions from the item as sum on the header. The

The pricing on the item should be conform with the pricing on all items.

The pricing is runnig on tem and then all condtions are transfered to the header.

(excluded are header condtions)

For example if you have conditon on the item and this condition will be determine automatically and then you go into the item and maintain this condition manually by yourself, the the condition is twice in the item.

Or you havew a headercondition and the condtion is also determine on the item, then it could be that the condition is twice in the item.

Hi,

If you maintain the scales type "D" in the condition type,then the condition type will come twice or thrice in sales order depends upon the Condition record .

(VK11).

then normally,the conditions will come at both header & item.But we can put the restrictions to enter the record whether at item or header level in the sales order.

For yr first question all the condition which are applicable to item level are there at header level for Sales document as a whole.

For yr second question I am not much sure but if u have maintian the condition which are not required but bringing from TAX Code can be the reason.
