Hi All,

How to issue material for project?

Made one PO with WBS element.

Did GR for that....now i want to issue that material for that project...do we need to do reservation for that or directly go to MB1B or MIGO GI...?

Than in ZMRS(material reservation/issue slip) what we need to do...

Kindly guide me in detail.

Goods Issue against Project: - (MIGO / MB1A)

221 Consumption for project from warehouse

221 Q Consumption for project from project

221 K Consumption for project from consignment

Either you can also create reservation through MB21 for Mvmt. Type "221" i.e. for 1st case only. But for 2nd and 3rd case, you can not cretae reservation since these have special stocks indicators.

Hi

You can directly do a goods issue to projects , as well as by creating areservation you can perform.

Create a reservation for the Projcet using movement type 221 & special stock indicator Q.

Using the reservation in MB1A, create the goods issue.

T code :MB1A mvt type 221>Enter the WBS element and Issue the Goods.

And

Also You can do the reservation with MB21(mvt type 221)against that WBS element issue the goods(in T code MB1A) on specific date.
