maintaining work center

how we can maintain different individual capacities in a single work center? like a work center has 5 machine and they have 2, 5, 4, 7 and 8 hours of capacity in a day. so, how can we define this problem?

Hi Kumar,

You can maintain,go to capacities tab-->define capacity category 001 machine >Click on Capacity Header>Here give the no of indivudual capacities as 5 & fill all the mandatory fields-->_go to ->Ind.Capacities_>Here under capacity give the m/c name & under short text give the description of the m/c,After entering then click on details(glass icon) here you define the shift start time & end time ,Like this do for all the five machines

Hi,

In work center - capacity tab page

give the details of capacity in the header page.

Now if you want to enter one more capacity, come to the main capacity tab page - below there is a icon of 'create'. click it and enter one mor ecapacity. like this you can enter as many as you want.
