How to create a query iView for ESS in NetWeaver Portal ?

Hi

I want to create a query iView which shows logon user's personnel data based on an infoset query in the backend.

Is it possible to create the iView without add-on Web Dynpro ?

I have no idea what iView template I should use.

Release is SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) SPS 15.

Hi,

Create a custom transaction for your query in the backend and use sap transaction iview templete in portal to create iview.

Parameters may be wrong.

Do you know what parameters I need to change ?

Is there any web-site that I can study every iview and parameter ?

Try to use BEx Web Application iView template in the portal.

Is this iview able to use as SAP query iview ?
