Action at item level (opportunity)

Hi,

Some item type like sales items contain action profile but opportunity items doesn' t. Is there any way to use action profile at opportunity item.

Hi sadi,

Opportunity item does not have the action profile attachment.

You can either get the other item category determination or

you have a date profile assigment for the item category opportunity wherein you can define different date Types and the same date profile can be put in the transactiontype as well.Hence then you can use action profile with action definitions and conditions for these date types.
