E-recruiting - Succession Planning, Search Profiles do not get updated TREX

Hello All,

We are experiencing a problem with the TREX search functionality in Succession Planning (e-recruiting module).

1. If a candidate updates their profile the information get's synchronised to the E-recruiting infotypes.

2. If information gets added through HR transaction ie PA30/PA40 the candidate profile gets updated as well

3. the changes are written in the pointer table that tells the background job rcf_periodical_services to update the search profiles

4. the job seems to be set up correctly and after it has run the entry has dissappeared from the table

However:

Both the SKPR07 transaction and the Search functionality in the Succession Planner view do not give updated results for the changed information. (the same with succession plans)

Has anyone seen this before and/or any idea what is wrong?

Please let me know!

Crista

    Solved internally.

For those of you interested there were several areas marked as causing problems:

    - activation of contentserver, assignment of commuser to contentserver

    - indexing of document storage

    - TREX queue parameter settings

    - the periodical services job was not stable, and once the job got "stuck" the entries in the change pointer table get deleted without actually having been added to the search profiles.

    Regards,

    Crista

Have you checked your Qualification Catalog and your IT 24 and 25 assigned to the candidate?
