Warranty Master Data

Dear All

I want to configure warranty master for a finished product.This finished product is classified into three parts according to batch characterstics.Is it possible to apply these charaterstics which are CHAR. base in warranty master?

My next question is when we display warranty check on service notification, how characterstics for the warranty can be displayed on Warranty check screen?
