Guide me regarding FI/CO Certification Trainings

Dear Gurus,

I am a B.E. Electronics, and working in ABAP for last 1.5 years,

I want to go for SAP FI or SAP CO certification training.

Currently i do not have any finance background, but i am willing to do a MBA in Finance after 3-4 years down the line.

Could any one please guide about, which certification training?(SAP FI or SAP CO) should i go, which will suit me and help me in my future studies as i will be doing MBA in Finance.

Hi Bhupender,

Since you are already working on ABAP I would suggest you to work on some FICO reporting or coding side first which will provide you a insight of the module. Depending on which part you feel comfortable you can choose either FI or CO. Both the modules have good scope and require equal talent and understanding of the subject. Before going for certification it is always better to get some functional experience first.
