subscription alerts in UWL

Hi,

I want to configure the subscriptions, for this I can see E-mail is the communication channel but I want to see the notifications regarding document added or deleted in Universal work List. can you plese help me

    Hi,

    There are only two things necessary:

    1) Please make sure that the ActionInboxConnector is enabled in UWL configuration (by default it's enabled).

    2) When you create subscriptions for files or folders, you can then choose Channel Inbox instead of Channel E-mail.

    Then you'll receive your notifications in UWL.

    You can also create notifications for creation and deletion of documents.

    Hi Ladislav,

    Thanks for the reply as you mentoed in the 2nd point when I am looking at the channel button itself disabled.

    Hi Vijay,

    Thanks for the inputs.I selected NULL for communication channel and for Communication originator and for the Inbox eventhough I am able to see that is still disabled and email as the channel.

    Please help me
