Hi gurus ,

In pa30 i am not able to create 0001.i have checked actions

in I.M.G.

It gives the error"use an action only to create intial organisation record".pls try to rectify my error .

First you need to Hire one person thru PA40 after completing your Hiring action you can go PA30 and you maintain what

ever infotype you want to...

First do the actions Through PA40 , What you have given in the infogroups.

Then you can maintain the data through PA30.

Hi Revathi,

Here the question is weather we can maintain 0001 (Organization Assignment) through PA30 infotype. Which is not an SAP Standard functionality.

In PA30 Actions and Organization Management infotypes cannot be maintained. They should be maintained only through PA40 only while executing an action

Comming to Personnel data infotype, it enables to find employee by name in search criteria for additional data input through PA30 Infotype. Personal Data can also be maintained through PA30 if you know the personal Number you got after executing the Initial Hiring action.

Hi

According to SAP standard in hiring action u need to fill the data through PA40 t-code only. After initial hiring u can create the IT 0001 in pa30.

Pz take in to consideration while uploading employee master data also u need to upload IT0000, 0001, 0002 together in a single format with the help of a BDC.

You are doing the right thing from wrong screen. You should be in PA40 and complete Org Assignment in the hiring action.

initial input to 0001 can be done through PA40 only.
