I have a customer using SBOMail daily without any problems, except for one user. I've tried to se I there is any differences between the faulty user and the working users, but can't find anything.
The problem for the "faulty user" is that e-mail sent from this user are only sent sometimes, other times they fail.
When looking at the application log in event viewer There is an error that appears very frequently from source SBOMail with event id 62: "Failed to mark records success". This error occures 10-20 times a day in the app.log
Does any one know what this error is? What is the reason for this error to occure?
