how to change the depreciation key for posting depreciation on retraspective effect for allredy closed years .
what depreciation type used like planned Or unplanned or repeat or restart.

For depreciation re-calculation, please change the depreciaiton key in all relevant asset master records and Execute AFAR.
Read the documention of AFAR before its execution.

1st, calculate the difference between 2 keys, post a unplanned (if any) to the curent period.
2nd, change the key at the asset master AS02, the adjustment shld be automatically calculated by the system next run.

Asset master was wrongly assigned with different key and also deprecaiton posted now we have arequirement to change the depreciation key.
Hi. If you'll change depr. key then system recalculate depr. for all year, but changes will post just for one period.
