Procedure to give a hands on session on WD ABAP or session on ESOA

Hi All,

Last year I attended Teched in Bangalore. It was great experience. I want to deliver some sessions on ESOA this time. Even want to take a hands on work shop on WD ABAP. So please guide me what is the procedure to do this.
