Kindly check the user name you are specifying in:

Miscellaneous->Web Service Info. for CC Risk Analysis

I suggest you to use the user Id of CC with proper authorizations.

Kindly let me know if you have any queries.

Regards,

Faisal

Sam-

You need to position the user you specify in the AE 5.2 Risk Analysis page in the UME with both CC and AE authorizations...

I use userid GRCRFC for both the connection (Config - Connectors- Available connectors) as well as the webservice.

The available connection tests successfully, but i still encounter the same problem. i have AE 5.2 SP2

thanks

Well, have you checked the web service user?

Maybe it's locked, or the password is no longer valid?

In that other post of yours where you mention the CC user is locked - is that the same user you configured for the web service?
