Hi Experts,
There is requirement from cleint to maintain colour setting of key figures and number of key figures visible in grahic veiw of planning book.
This graphic setting are required at planning book and also at user level.
I am not able to save the key figures colours in the graphic veiw at both the levels. The colour of key figures in the graphic veiw keeps on changing to default ones, as soon i change selection or re-enter the planning book.
Already tried note:- 1059422 and its not working.
I am not sure if this works as we also could not make this work consistently. in your system though you may want to try out the "save graphics settings" icon which looks exactly same as the "header information settings". the icon shows up when you switch to graphics view and on top right of data view.

In order to change the number of KEY Figure display in planning book go to planning book toolbar
setting\maintain user setting \hide key figure tab . Select Key figure which you want to hide and click on save and exit button .
This should do the job .

Hi :
This will work fine consistently . Do following :
go to planning book design mode , click on graphics .
Select the key figure ( color you want to change ) , sleect format data series , select name of that Key figyure , select new color , click apply & click ok .
Save in the design mode itself ( By default - allfunctional area , radio button would be ticked ) , click on save .
Now click on live and came out of design mode and it should be fine .
