Hello althogether,
I want to create a SRM Product Catalog with transaction BBP_CCM_TRANSFER for the classic scenario.
I am on SRM 5.0 , CCM 2.0 and ERP 2005.
So I want to create a shopping cart from my catalog to send it into the backend system ( for BANF or Order in MM ). The product categories are all customizied for backend system. XI System is conected.
But after compiling BBP_CCM_TRANSFER I get the following message:
"Transfer could not be carried out due to errors / Message no. BBP_CT096 "
So I thought that some products are locked, but they aren´t - wether in SRM System nor in Backend System....
Can anybody suggest, what that can mean?
Or does anybody know, how I can use the catalog for transfering shopping carts into backend system?
I would be glad to hear from you
Best Regards
Pls ask your XI conusltant to check whether the IDOC and XML have travelled correctly.
Outbount IDOC from EBP system
Outbound XML from XI system
& Inbound XML in CCM system
Or does anybody know, how I can use the catalog for transfering shopping carts into backend system?
If you don't have restriction to transfer products from EBP only.
then you can load by simple CSV file also into CAT of your CCM system.
In this case XI is also not mandatory.

Hi,
I loaded a csv file into my catalog system and tried to create a shopping cart.
There I got following error message:
"product 6 is not available in plant 1000 or it is marked for deletion"
I checked this product in SRM and MM System for deletion - but it is not marked for deletion.
So - what is to do with plant 1000 in backend system?
Do I have to add special kind of field in my csv file for OCI ?
Best Regards
the selected catalog product (eg product 6 ) should be available in the plant selected in the shopping cart.
if you are not changing the defaults the SC will get the plant value from the ex attribute location of the creator user
and SRM will check whether the selected product is available in the ECC plant or not
if not available or marked for deleted
it will give the error which you are getting
create the material in backend ECC plant 1000 in TXN MM01

Hello Dinesh,
thanks for your answer.
Materials are created in Backend System already and they are replicated in SRM System.
If I create a shopping cart with that materials/products everything is all right.
So - I try again to replicate the SRM Products into my CCM System with report BBP_CCM_TRANSFER.
But it does not work.
My xi colleague installed the Master Data InclusionCatalogOnWAS640 in XI.
We used the interface CatalogUpdateNotification_out and accordingly CatalogUpdateNotification_in.
Now I am not sure what connection do we need.
Do we need http connection or rfc connection or do we need nothing because of the proxy of xi.
Perhaps you can help a little bit.
Best Regards
You do need RFC between yr CCM system and XI system.
Pl go through the following documentation in CCM config guide:
Creating RFC Destination for Uploading Supplier Catalogs
To upload supplier product data or catalog schemas in XML format for use in procurement
catalogs (including the master catalog), you must set up an HTTP connection to the
Integration Server in your system or client. To do this, you must create
an RFC destination for the HTTP connection to the HTTP adapter of the Integration Server:
SAP Online Help 22.08.2005
Catalog Content Management: Configuration Guide 15
1. Define an HTTP connection to the HTTP adapter of the Integration Server.
a. Choose transaction SM59.
b. Create an HTTP connection by copying the entry for the Integration Server (by
choosing Destination ® Copy).
c. Enter a name for your new entry.
d. On the Technical Settings tab page, replace the path prefix with
/sap/xi/adapter_plain.
e. On the Logon/Security tab page, re-enter your password. You must do this
because the system does not copy your password when you copy the entry for
the Integration Server.
f. Save your entries.
g. Test the connection by choosing Test connection.
h. Check the entries displayed.
2. Insert name of the new RFC destination that you created in part 1. (see above) as the
RFC destination for uploading catalogs into SAP Catalog Authoring Tool:
In Customizing for SAP Catalog Content Management, choose SAP Catalog Authoring
Tool ® Specify Settings for Updating Catalogs.
If you are using SAP Catalog Content Management with mySAP Supplier
Relationship Management and you want to use secure system connections, you
must ensure that the SAP Catalog Content Management systems only accept
logon tickets issued from a trusted server. For more information, see SAP Help
