Hi

I am surprised that the RFQ that has already been rejected is still appearing in the document overview and more surprisingly letting me create the PO! Any expert comment please

It will always appear

u have to make a layout (variant) where u have to un select those RFQ that has rejection indicator as checked

only in that case those will not appear

u can make this layout fixed for ur user as well..

Could you elaborate little bit more how to fix the lay out there and uncheck the the rejected RFQ?

Hi,

Document overview on

Go to selection variant> RFQ>click on dynamic selection>purchasing document item>Rejection indicator> select"no"

The documents without rejection indicators will display

goto:-

spro-MM-purchasing-enviornment data-define attributes for system messsages-system messages-00(versin)-06(appl ar)-434(no.)-(This quotation item already rejected) set this message as E and make sure that rejection indicator in RFQ is set.

Hi,

Appearance in document overview is a mater of setting correct variant of selection criterion to exclude records with rejection indictor

making the system stop to create PO from rejected RFQ line items can be done by making the error message in config

go to spro-mm-purchasing- settings for system messages and set the message

pls follow the two steps:

1) set rejection indicator in the RFQ line item.

2) go to sprommpurchasing-envornment data-define attributes for system messages-system messages->here make 00(version) 06(application area) 434(message no.) as E (error) status.
