hai praseeda,
check the ESG grouping for time quota types, and check whether you defined validity and deduction period for that grouping,
verify in QUOMO also.

manoj and chinna
plz read my thread starting part once.
if 11 is abs quota type , i have not defined that. all my abs quotas are with some another number.
and what i need to define in validity and deduction period........means for each abs quota??
there is validity from and to fields are there and one field for relative days/months are there....what i need to do here for each abs quota type??/
pls tell me img config for quomo feature and how to assign it ?? HERE WE DONT HAVE ANY SPECIFIC DIFFERANCE FOR QUOTAS, ALL QUOTAS ARE SAME FOR ALL EMPLOYEES.
nothing special to any one. so plz guide me to solve that error.
check the table T559L
and check V_503_C

hi praseeda...
i dont know correctly..... but i think you have to do the validity/deduction interval for the absence quotas that you have created...
path
img -time mgmt - time data recording and administration - managing time accounts using attendances/absence quotas - calculating absence entitlements - rules for generating absence quotas - determine validity and deduction periods.
hope this will solve your problem.
