page cannot be displayed?

Hi experts,

We are using SAPGUI 640 to connect to CRM 3.0. We also have SAP 4.6C.

In preparation for upgrade to ECC6.0, we rolled-out SAPGUI 710 in all the computers replacing SAPGUI 640. Unfortunately, it is now an issue for those using front office/interaction center (transaction code CIC0). When user gets into CIC0 of the CRM system, some section of screen shows "page cannot be displayed". Is there an sap nope to fix this?
