BAPI for Object Status change for a Sales order line item

Hi Experts,

I need to change the object status 'Blank' for all the sales order line items through VA02. I have written a BDC which navigates through, line item details, status tab, object status . This BDC solves the problem but it is very time consuming. As we need to navigate thorough various screens. This process needs to be performed for huge number of orders, for all its line items.

Is there a standard BAPI to achive this functionality.
