Error prompt LO 02012

Hi

when i try to use LiveOffice Connection to get data from Crystal Reports or WebI Universes into Xcelsius i always get an error:

Error while regenerating the report: LO 02012.

Does anybody know what to do?

I use XI 3.0 and Xcelsius 2008. and Excel 2007

When i use the LiveOffice Universe Connection there is no error, but i can´t see data in my excelsheet.
