Procedure to upload images in SAP: WORD/PDF-->JPG-->BMP-->TIFF.

step1: convert word to JPG using any online converter. -->separate no. of pages will be created (Page1,Page2.......PageN).

Step2: convert each JPG image to BMP(open with Paint resize in Pixels as 2400*3141(as per requirement it can vary) -->save as BMP).

Step3: convert each BMP image to TIFF using any online converter.

Step4: SAP-->SE38-->RSTXLDMC-->execute. Provide resolution for graphic as 300 and SO10 name -->execute.

It will create a new SO10 if name given is not existing one(if existing one is given it will overwrite the data).

Step5: Pop-screen will be prompted to select file that you need to upload--> select required file click on right.

Note: For convenient use you can maintain separate folders for BMP and TIFF images.

hello ravi,

If it is a black and white image , then go for the program RSTXLDMC or else if it is a color one use the t-code se78.

Check whether your system and printer supports images in .tiff format. Whether the appropriate software is installed.

Please read [Note 39031 - Print/fax bitmap graphics from SAPscript|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/39031], explanation is given and one software is proposed, to save the TIFF with correct options.

Hi Ravi,

The error message "TIFF format error: No baseline TIFF 6.0 file"

usually means that you try to upload a graphic with a TIFF format,

which is not supported.

logs -> BitsPerSample tag has to be 1 or 3.

Please check the compression type of the TIFF file with your graphic program. The SAP supports

uncompressed TIFF files and Packbits compressed TIFF files.

Please read what the SAP note: 39031 tells about baseline.
