Travel Management Trip Status

Hi Experts,

Is there any possibility to change the status of posted trip back to "Transferred to FI"...

The background of the issue is, my business user has posted a trip and the status is changed to "Transferred to FI" now the trip is edited and some changes are made to the trip, but when we post it says no post able amount and the trip status does not change to "Transferred to FI".

The question of my business user is can they change the status back to "Transferred to FI" as the trip is getting reflected in the report which is run for unposted trips (like the other status such as " settled" and "to be settled"

I have tried my level best to explain this, but my business user suggested me to check with the experts like you all..

Hi,

It's generally not recommended to reset trip status - espicially when dealing with trips that have already been posted. However, in case it's just an exceptional case: have you already checked report RPRTRVSW? Review the docu in SE38 - it's intended for manually changing the trip status.
