EP Portal


Can any one tell real time collaboration tools and their integration into Enterprise Portals for below .

1) Ability to integrate the existing telephony platform Siemens HiPath 4000 / HiPath 8000 and Siemens voice applications via

Via CTI server (using the existing HiPath comAssistant)

Via SIP (native)


2) . Integration options of existing realtime conference platforms (audio, video and web conferencing) which are:

Multipoint Control Unit MGC 100 (Version

Polycom Webcommander (Version 8.0)

Gatekeeper Polycom Pathnavigator (Version 7.00.04)

Polycom GMS / global address book for PVX client (Version 7.0.6)

Adobe Connect Professional (Version 7)

    Hai ,

    If u want Share SMS , video ,Audio Simultaneolusly we have an protocol serveice Like H.323 just get lot of stuff from . u can here u can search lot abt H.323 .

    But H.323 Protocol is very Complex Protocol to implement .


    U can Compine Use of RTP WIth SIP For Instant Messaging is also compatible . we can share sms and video & audio Simultaneously . compare to H.323 To implement With SIP Is Easy and Compatible .
